On the Go

Pack around the outing you actually have planned. Fewer useful pieces can make feeding away from home easier to organise.

A practical packing checklist

  • A bib that fits easily into your bag.
  • The cup or bottle your family already uses.
  • Suitable containers with clearly stated care instructions.
  • Utensils with a clean storage case.
  • A separate bag for used items.

Features worth checking

Compare container dimensions, lid construction, the number of parts and cleaning instructions. Check whether a claimed leak-proof design applies to the exact configuration you will use. For insulated products, consult the manufacturer’s specifications and food-storage guidance.

Travel feeding equipment

Before buying portable seating, check the permitted surfaces, dimensions, weight limits, restraints and setup instructions. Portability does not make every product suitable for every table or chair.

Buying for India, travelling elsewhere

For electrical equipment, check the power rating and plug compatibility. For all products, consider replacement parts and warranty support in the country where you will use them.
